This manhole design features iconic buildings of North Gate (Cheng'en Gatre) and Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, along with the world's first and unique Butterfly Pavilion at Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School, showcasing Taiwan's endemic swallowtail butterfly species. This design also incorporates the district flower, the cotton tree flower, as well as the symbol of freedom and democracy, the wild lily flower,allowing citizens to appreciate the beauty of Zhongzheng District.
